Motivate Yourself:
Motivating yourself is a matter of choosing targets of ambition wisely and then going after them with all you have.
Set priorities and keep a commitment to be the best you can be.
Commit to working hard regardless of rewards and punishments.
You can have all the skills in the world, but if you aren't excited enough about what you're doing, you should reevaluate the job.
Whether you call it enthusiasm, energy, passion or self-confidence, the bottom line is that to succeed you have to get off your butt and do something positive.
